How I Work

My work is grounded in careful listening, patience, and respect for each person’s individual health journey. Healing is approached as a collaborative process, guided by your unique history, current experiences, and the way your body responds over time.

Homeopathy forms the foundation of my practice. Consultations are unhurried, allowing space to explore physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, and life experiences as part of a whole. This depth of understanding guides the choice of homeopathic remedy, supporting the body’s own regulatory and self-healing processes rather than suppressing symptoms.

Where helpful, kinesiology is used as a gentle diagnostic tool to further explore areas of imbalance. Through muscle response testing and reference points drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine, this can offer additional insight into patterns within the body and how different systems interact. Any findings are then worked through using homeopathy, naturopathy, and Bach remedies, always with care and sensitivity.

Therapeutic massage may also be offered to support relaxation, grounding, and physical ease. This can help settle the nervous system and support integration, particularly during periods of stress or recovery. Massage is used thoughtfully and only when it complements the overall healing process.

Sessions are adapted to your individual needs and are never rushed. Progress is reviewed gently and regularly, allowing treatment to evolve as your health changes. Throughout the process, the emphasis is on creating a safe, supportive space where healing can unfold naturally and at a pace that feels right for you.

About Me

My interest in health and wellbeing began through movement and fitness. I originally trained and worked as a Personal Trainer in London, where I enjoyed a long and successful career. Over time, however, it became clear that true health involves far more than exercise and nutrition alone.

Working closely with clients gave me a deeper understanding of the many factors that influence wellbeing. I began to see the importance of balance — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and this led me to explore a more holistic approach. Training in therapeutic massage and yoga broadened both my professional practice and my perspective on health, helping me to support people in a more rounded and meaningful way.

My growing curiosity about health and healing led me to train in homeopathy, where I witnessed profound changes not only in physical symptoms, but also in emotional wellbeing and mental clarity. I later added kinesiology, or muscle response testing, to my practice as a diagnostic tool to further explore areas of imbalance and better understand what an individual may need at a particular time. This can also inform the thoughtful use of naturopathic remedies, including food supplements and herbs, where appropriate.

After years of living and working in a fast-paced environment, including providing corporate massage and workplace health testing, I am now based in the countryside of Warwickshire, where I enjoy a more grounded and balanced way of life. This setting reflects the way I now work — calmly, attentively, and with respect for each person’s individual journey.

If you are curious to explore whether this approach may be right for you, you are welcome to get in touch and book a consultation.
